Bricco del Perg – Barbera d’Asti Superiore
A Barbera that respects traditions, the result of careful selection of grapes in the vineyard aged in large oak barrels to preserve freshness and aromas.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: bright ruby red, very intense. Fine and varied bouquet with notes of red fruits, with beautiful floral nuances and notes of sweet spices. The taste is harmonious and structured, with fully balanced acidity.
MATCHES WITH FOOD
It goes well with elaborate first courses, roasts, white meats, cured meats.
TODRINK
It reaches maturity within 4 or 6 years, but is at its best up to 10 years after the harvest.

Grapes: Barbera.
Refinement: 12 months in large barrels.
