TASTING NOTES
Cherry pink color with soft and brilliant ruby reflections, a soft peach petal at the nail, an orange nuance in depth. Scent of white vine peach, raspberry and red currant, slightly pronounced final floral notes. The taste is soft, balanced, dry, with a good structure and medium sapidity, the same fruity and floral freshness of the bouquet reappears; it ends with a pleasant delicate peach stone.
MATCHES WITH FOOD
As an aperitif or with shellfish, soups, white meats, savory pies and meat or vegetable flans.
